Foundry Mortgage Capital is pleased to announce the successful funding of a $90,000,000 CMHC MLI Select construction loan for a 211 unit multi-family development in Brantford, Ontario. Foundry originally arranged the land acquisition financing in 2020.
Our team has a long relationship with the development group and is once again proud to support more housing development. This project was led by Brennan Wood with support from Dinesh Achria and Akshay Gupta .
Our collaborative working approach with the client allowed us to quickly solve issues as they came up and CMHC funded the project as per Foundry's financing request.
